Critical System Segregation & Dilapidations

There were two key milestones for this project, the first was to achieve critical system segregation to the clients SERs. The works included (but were not limited to) the relocation of access control infrastructure / power and containment, the relocation of UPS power and BMS systems to landlord controlled areas, the removal of critical chilled water systems and HVAC, including all associated BWIC, power, containment and the like. The second phase was to undertake the landlord’s dilapidations to the floor in readiness for tenant occupation. The scope of works included (but was not limited to), the break down and removal of all existing furniture / fixtures and fittings, the soft strip demolition of all existing glass / solid partitions, the reconfiguration of associated services and life safety systems, the installation of new LED lighting and reconfiguration of new tenants desk power.
