Navarre were awarded this project following a competitive tender run by the Bank of England and were instructed to create new labs, offices, and breakout areas within the clients Debden printing facility. Works consisted of soft strip and structural demolition to extensive areas, the complete renewal of high and low level services serving all areas, construction of substantial blockwork and plasterboard partitions, new feature SAS ceilings, new floor finishes, the complete renewal of male, female and disabled WC’s, the formation of new (extensive) breakout space (including external decking area and seating), new lab benching and furniture, new office furniture, a full decoration and acoustics package, along with substantial entrance / security turnstile upgrades.
