L10 Demise Split

Navarre were awarded this negotiated project under our current master service agreement with State Street Bank. We were asked to demise split a section of L10 within 20 Churchill Place to allow for incoming tenant. We were asked to undertake the services design on this project and following a period of stage 4 design. We completed the demise split of level 10, including (but not limited to), the removal of existing ceilings and installation of full het security demise walls a corridors, the segregation of SSB critical systems forming part of the new tenant area, full services demise split to the area forming the tenant zone, a suite of services works to compliment the new demise split, along with a full decorations package and dilapidations package within the allocated tenant area.
