Navarre were awarded this negotiated project under our current master service agreement with State Street Bank. We were asked to segregate SSB critical systems serving L11 at 20 Churchill place and in readiness for an incoming tenant (Maclaren Construction). The works included the complete redistribution of electrical / lighting & mechanical circuits and boards to form dedicated tenants and landlord supplies. SERs were declassified and set up for the incoming tenant to take over and take forward accordingly (we also assisted Maclaren with the installation of dedicated cooling for their new servers). On completion, the systems were fully metered back to the EMS system.
