Navarre were awarded this project following competitive tender.  Following a full validation of the area, Navarre commenced a 6-week period of services design and architectural design validation, the design included (but was not limited to), low- and high-level electrical infrastructure, low level UPS systems, high level mechanical power, high level HVAC modifications, BMS modifications, lighting systems and control, fire detection and suppression systems. Following approval of the design phase by the client and their professional team. We undertook the complete CAT B refurbishment of the areas, including (but not limited to) soft strip demolition, new solid plasterboard partitions, new acoustically rated glazed partitions, new SAS metal ceilings, new lighting system and controls, new acoustic wall treatments to meeting rooms and offices , a full redecoration, new floor finishes, new desking, and furniture and two new high spec joinery vending areas.
