Navarre were awarded this negotiated project following fast track award. Due to the acquisition of a small (niche) financial organisation. Our client wanted us to undertake the demise split of an existing area on L7 in their Canary Wharf building, and to create a new space for the acquired company to land. We were asked to undertake this project on a services design basis and following a period of Stage 4 design. We undertook elements of architectural demolition, the installation of new glazed and solid partitions, furniture modifications, decoration works and a suite of services mods to create the demise split (including metering installations on the power and HVAC).
