The works involved the removal of 122 heritage roof lights and lanterns, repairs to structural openings and existing asphalt roof finish. The existing L7 roof was then coated with a new Sika applied membrane, following the raising of structural up stands to 150mm. On completion we installed new thermally broken roof lights and lanterns, followed by a substantial lead work package.
