Negotiated refurbishment/floorspace maxpack project. The project brief was to maxpack four of our client’s floors, to a maximum floor space of 57,000 sq ft. We carried out the removal of all existing desking and corporate furniture, modified all low-level data /power/infrastructure and laid new floor finishes in order to accept new sit-stand desks and collaborative furniture. We also stripped out and modified 24 cellular offices over 2 floors, along with their associated HVAC and life safety systems.
