Kitchens – Navarre were awarded this substantial commercial kitchen refurbishment project via direct negotiation. The works involved (but were not limited to) the strip out of catering equipment / ovens / industrial dishwashers and ancillary items from our clients substantial kitchens, the installation of new resin based flooring throughout, installation of new white rock wall coverings, full upgrade of the electrical infrastructure and DB’s, full overhaul to the Ansel system serving the kitchens and servery area, upgrade to the kitchens substantial extract system (including new roof mounted fan & attenuators), chemical clean to all ceilings & stainless steel cabinets / worktops.

Servery – As part of the works we were awarded a D&B element to reconfigure the existing servery and seating areas. These works included, demolition and removal of all existing chilled cabinets, pass through ovens, salad bars, servery joinery and till positions, upgrade to the existing bell mouth extraction, new floor finishes, new wall / floor tiling, full decorations, new feature ceilings, new joinery islands and grab & go stations, new tile lanes and cashless payment systems.
