Following a full strip out of the space, the area received a new HVAC system with CO2 monitoring, new market leading circadian (daylight) lighting system, new low-level and high-level electrical / data infrastructure, new architectural finishes including glazed / solid partitions, new floor finishes, bespoke joinery items, new sit / stand desks and vibrant collaborative spaces. As the area is sub vault space with no natural daylight, the client was particularly keen to incorporate as many wellbeing design features as possible. False windows were installed behind perimeter walls and in plasterboard soffits with circadian flat panel LEDs behind. The new modular ceiling fittings were also fitted with circadian functionality. Once linked to the buildings own management system, these LED panels can change their color temperature and mimic the outside sunrise and sunset. Our team of project administrators compiled robust schedules for vehicles attending CEVA and then onwards to the bank.
